To process your purchase, please allow 1-3 business hours. The shipment period to the nations listed below normally lasts 7 to 30 business days. Please contact our support staff for information regarding remote areas/islands of a certain nation or for more detailed inquiries. Certain orders may require additional time to arrive due to warehouse inventories. Within 72 hours, a member of our support staff will email you to remind you of the update.

Q: Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped out?

A: Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment once the product is en route.


Q: Why do I need to pay shipping fees?

A: Due to Express companies (DHL, FedEx, UPS, EMS, etc.) delimit different areas as remote areas based on their standards. So we do not know whether your address is a remote area before we get your address information. so, if your address is in a remote area, it will request the extra shipping fees.

Q: How long it takes me to receive my order?

A: After updating the first tracking information, it takes around 7-15 business days.
